Al Maha Private School (AMPS) is an  English curriculum school located in Madinat Qaboos opened in September 2018. We welcome both expatriate and Omani children from the ages of 3 to 9.

AMPS are seeking to recruit talented, experienced teaching staff to

join our existing team in our Primary and Kindergarten schools.

  Do you enjoy working with children? Are you friendly, enthusiastic,

dynamic, motivated, flexible, team orientated, creative professional? If you think you possess these attributes then we would

like to hear from you via letter outlining how your personal philosophy

and professional aspirations fits with our vision and mission,

detailing your relevant, recent teaching experience. Delivering live,

lessons online during the school closure period will be considered an

advantage.

Applicants must be female, native English speaking, qualified teachers

with a relevant degree, [Bachelor of Elementary Education, Bachelor

of Education degree in a relevant specialist subject,] fluent in spoken

and written English and have a minimum of three years relevant

teaching experience.

academic qualifications and proof of international teaching

experience. International staff must have a current IELTS

Certificate. They are valid for two years only in Oman.
